1 lb veal stewing cubes cut into thin strips
1 ½ tbsp tandoori masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp red chilli
¼ cup besan (chickpea flour)
3 tbsp corn starch
Handful fresh coriander, chopped
Instructions:
- Combine ingredients for veal pakora then add a bit of water till you get a sticky consistency (I added 3 tbsp)
- If your mix is too runny, add a bit more cornstarch and if it’s too dry, add a bit more water
- Add veal to hot oil with a spoon and fry for 3 mins on each side
