FOR THE CHUTNEY
Coriander
1 onion
Mint leaves
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chillies
1 sp black pepper
1 tbsp oil
OTHER:
2 x 8oz veal steaks
Butter
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients for the green chutney and blend to form a marinade
- Marinate the veal steak in the marinade for half an hour
- In a pan, melt butter then add steak and fry for 4 mins on each side
- Once grilled, place onto a pan and lightly cover with foil and let rest for few minutes
- Serve with rice or naan
