Honey Dijon Veal Chops

A simple seasoning that takes minutes to prepare. The whole family will love the sweet and tangy flavour of these glossy chops. Serve with grilled potatoes and steamed broccoli.

  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) dried thyme
  •  1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
  • 4 veal loin or rib chops

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 8 minutes

In shallow dish, combine honey, mustard, thyme, salt and pepper. Place chops in dish, turning to coat.

Place on greased grill over medium heat; pour over any remaining honey mixture. Grill for about 4 minutes per side for medium doneness or until desired doneness.

Makes 4 servings.
