Three-Pepper Citrus Seasoning
Used in preparation of grilled Ontario veal, this blend of summery seasonings creates a unique and unmatched flavour profile. Can be stored, covered in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
1 tbsp
each lemon zest, lime zest, orange zest, cracked pink peppercorns, cracked green peppercorns, cracked black peppercorns.

In mortar and pestle combine lemon, lime and orange zest, pink, green and black peppercorns and salt. Add olive oil and combine well.
